Likewise, we hereby inform you of the personal data protection policy (hereinafter the "Personal Data") so that Client Users may voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide ALMACENES LADY LEE SA with their personal data when using the Site or purchasing any of the products offered by ALMACENES LADY LEE SA therein.

The maximum purchase value per transaction will be L. 150,000.00 or its equivalent in dollars: The maximum value allowed per purchase may be the sum of one or several items and the minimum is L100.00.

Lady Lee reserves the right to limit, stop, or deny any order or transaction amount without justification. You will subsequently be notified via email to the address provided in the order.

Prices

Prices may vary without prior notice from those published in our stores, and promotions may vary as determined by Lady Lee.

The prices shown on our site include sales tax, but do not include shipping costs. These will vary depending on the type of product and/or the address indicated by the user.

It is expressly noted that the prices published on the Site may be subject to change and the price stipulated on the invoice will be the price at the time of purchase closure by the User/Customer.

The public is informed that if any inconsistency is detected in the final price of a product, whether due to human or system error, it will be corrected. Lady Lee billing with the client

The customer will select their product on the page, add it to their shopping cart, and select their payment method; they can use a credit or debit card.

If the purchase is successful, the customer will receive a notification on the screen with the details: "Thank you for your purchase"; your purchase has been processed. If the purchase is not successful, you will receive a notification with the details: "Your purchase has not been processed."

Product Availability

Lady Lee guarantees that the products displayed on her website are always available.

In the event that a product purchased by the USER is no longer available, Lady Lee undertakes to promptly notify the user so that they may choose whether they wish to receive another product instead.

In cases where products are out of stock, the customer will be notified by email, which will contain the following information:

  1. The estimated time to ship the product.
  2. Options for substitute, similar, or related products if the product is no longer in stock.

If the above options do not meet the customer's expectations, they must notify the customer by replying to the email sent. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit note or by debiting their credit card. The customer must specify this. Payment methods

Quantity Limitation and Order Restrictions

The Site may, in its sole discretion, limit quantities purchased by the customer. This means that an identified person may make purchases per day up to the maximum number authorized, as applicable. Such restrictions may include orders placed from the same registered Site account, payments made with the same credit and/or debit card, and orders with the same shipping or billing address.

Motorcycle Delivery:

Motorcycles purchased online will not be delivered to the home, so the customer must file a claim against their motorcycle at a store in Lady Lee closest to their place of residence and for which the customer must present a copy of their RTN (National Tax Registration) and a legible copy of their identity card because they must carry out the process of transferring the motorcycle to the customer's name, if the customer does not have an RTN, they must process the request for it before the corresponding entity.

Claims

If, upon picking up the product at the point of sale or receiving it at home, there are differences between the item ordered and the item received (color, size, style, design, capacity, among others), you must directly inform Lady Lee of this situation through the complaints section of the website or chat center, and Lady Lee must respond within a period of no more than 48 hours from the date you submit your complaint. By filing such a complaint, you will have the right to exchange the item for a product with similar characteristics or will require the warranty to be executed if the product does not fulfill its functions or is damaged due to its care, in case the deadline to exercise this right has already expired.

About the warranty:

Each item you purchase is specifically guaranteed against manufacturing defects and/or workmanship. The warranty period for each item will be clearly indicated on the warranty form that will be delivered with the item. You must claim the warranty under the terms and conditions stipulated on each form, with the requirements stipulated for each particular case. To do so, you must present the item at any Lady Lee-owned retail outlet within the warranty timeframe. If the product does not present obvious damage that is excluded from the warranty, the item will be returned to the retail outlet and a receipt form will be completed. The item will be sent to the respective workshop for diagnosis and subsequent repair, if the damage is covered by the warranty. Otherwise, if the damage is not covered by the warranty, you will be informed of the situation and the cost of the repair, which must be borne by the customer directly. All claims and warranty requests for items purchased through the website www.ladylee.com will be reviewed individually and can be requested exclusively at Lady Lee Stores. You will be informed of the situation and the cost of the repair, which will be borne by the customer.

Purchasing Process: Without prejudice to the purchase process being detailed on the site http://www.ladylee.com, it is detailed below:

It is expressly stated that LADYLEE is not responsible for any refunds that credit card issuing banks may make in connection with current promotions. These issuing entities are the only ones responsible for making the corresponding refund in a timely manner.

Once the product is selected, the customer must press the purchase button and will see the items they have loaded in their shopping cart. They can modify the quantity or delete any items they wish.

The Client will find a personal data entry form, which must be filled out securely.

Next, the customer will choose the payment method. If they choose to pay by credit or debit card, they will be redirected to the FAC website where they will make their respective payment, and then automatically return to ladylee.com.
