General Policies – “Make Your Fourteenth Count: Spin and Win” Campaign

The "Make Your Fourteenth Go: Spin & Win" campaign is an exclusive Lady Lee promotion, valid only for purchases made through our online store. By participating, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Campaign validity

·        The campaign will run until June 30, 2025, when the winner of the two large bonuses will be announced.

·        Lady Lee reserves the right to modify or extend the validity without prior notice.

2. Participation mechanics

·        For every purchase made on ladylee.com, the customer will be entitled to spin a virtual prize wheel before completing their purchase.

·        The result of the spin is random and final.

·        Prizes earned apply exclusively to the current purchase or future purchases, depending on the type of prize.

3. Available prizes

·        A. Category discounts (on selected products):

·          - 5% off white goods, selected technology, furniture, and air conditioners.

·          - 10% off babies, small appliances, and personal care items.

·          - 15% off at home.

·          - 20% off toys and seasonal items.

·        B. Redeemable vouchers for future purchases:

·          - L100 for purchases equal to or greater than L2,000.

·          - L500 for purchases equal to or greater than L10,000.

·          - L2,500 and L5,000: special bonuses, limited to 1 winner each.

·        C. Other benefits:

·          - Free shipping, applicable only to standard coverage areas and conditions.

4. Participating payment methods

·        Applies to cash and credit purchases.

·        For credit payments, Credilee will be enabled as an exclusive manual payment method for customers with active credit.

·        The customer must select their billing store and go to it to complete the process, indicating that the sale corresponds to the website and must be assigned to the generic seller.

5. General restrictions

·        Prizes and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

·        Prizes apply only per purchase and per customer.

·        Lady Lee reserves the right to verify and validate the correct application of each award.

·        The wheel can only be spun once per purchase.

6. Special conditions for larger bonds (L2,500 and L5,000)

·        Limited to one winner per bonus during the campaign.

·        The L2,500 bond will be redeemable only in:

·          - A minimum purchase of L50,000, or

·          - As partial credit applicable to purchases greater than L20,000 (redeeming a percentage according to internal conditions).

·        The L5,000 bond will be redeemable only in:

·          - A minimum purchase of L100,000, or

·          - As partial credit applicable to purchases greater than L20,000 (redeeming a percentage according to internal conditions).

·        Both vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of their allocation.

·        They are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

7. Final provisions

·        By participating in this campaign, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.

·        Lady Lee reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion in the event of fraud, misuse, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the promotion.
